Building Employment Skills for Successful Transitions (BEST) Conference 

The BEST Conference is an annual event hosted by ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, along with other partners, to provide pre-employment services, supports, and training for international students, giving them the tools, resources, and contacts needed to build a successful career in Nova Scotia post-graduation. The hybrid conference incorporates a range of workshops, networking events, and panels, facilitating the exchange of ideas and strategies to empower international students to develop employment skills for a successful transition into the workplace.  

Retaining international students after graduation in Nova Scotia is a priority for the province. ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ is dedicated to preparing students for the labour market via the BEST Conference and other Study and Stayâ„¢ programming to increase the likelihood of securing a job in Nova Scotia and ultimately staying in the province post-graduation.
